Passion

What are you passionate about? I mean this has to be the one thing or idea that you would go to the ends of the world to keep. A couple days ago, I was working around an office and a receptionist's desk. These were people doing the same things day in and day out, answering constant emails but all I could image were these people sitting like lumps doing what they have to just to make a living, while never really liking it. As an employer, you have to be able to cultivate that passion in the employees. The field of mobile application development and IT quality assurance is are places where imagination and problem solving can thrive. I realize that not everything has the same opportunities but there has to be something that everyone is passionate about and really gets them fired up or want to join a cause for a difference. The harder it is to be able to do or get, it is that much more rewarding and precious in the end. Obviously, nothing is achieved easily and if it is, there is always a price or it is not even worth it. Whatever you do, do it with a passion.
